  I bought a UPS from them on the 27/4 and paid for express delivery. They then waited 4 days to send the item and this is where the string of incompetence begun. I then contacted the call centre (in the Philippines) on the 1st asking where my item was. After waiting on two separate 41 minute holds (because I was cut off) their response was: "it's on its way".
  
  I then sat daily looking at AusPost tracking so see it sitting in Brisbane and then suddenly it was awaiting collection in Richmond VIC. I'm no expert, but I'd say that's not in Sydney (where I am). On the 6th I asked them through email where my order was. On the 8th "william" advised my goods would arrive that day. on the 11th I asked what address it was sent to and he listed my address. On the 12th i asked again where it was and was told they were investigating with AusPost.
  
  On the 13th "lizzy" told me to call AusPost myself in which I did and got told the sender needs to lodge and inquiry. On the 15th "william" asked if i wanted replacements sent and i agreed but wanted courier post. I was advised that it cost too much and they would only do AusPost regular (express was suspended).
  
  On the 18th i was advised the item was not shipped on friday as promised. During this time i was slightly agitated and was attempting to call "william" but was told his microphone wasn't working (Avoiding me). Then on the 19th he told me that he'd call me that afternoon to discuss and never did. On the 20th I asked him to call me back. On the 21st he finally called me and did not offer any explanation of this massive F-UP.
  
  I was then passed to the manager "lea" to discuss the events and how the business has suffered significantly due to their incompetence. They then offered me $39 postage back. After a push back they then offered me an extra $20. This company is disgusting and recommend not to buy from them. Just get other places to price match them.

  Worst company I have dealt with. They cancel your order for no reason. There are better computer companies out there

  Not much stock and some is old. Prices are ok. Ideal to order online umart and pickup here a few days later. Then its good.

  Messy and and poorly presented. No obvious signage to say it's a Umart pick up store. That said, online order pickup was relatively easy and the store person was pleasant to deal with.

  Very helpful staff! I recommend if you are a first time builder. Amazing deals also. If this shop was just near me I’d buy every add ons here.
